Brian is an attorney with Forza Law, focusing on federal and state tax strategies for businesses and individuals. He advises clients on complex tax matters, develops defensible tax positions, and implements practical, forward-looking tax optimization strategies.
Prior to practicing law, Brian built a decade-long career in public accounting, where he addressed complex technical tax issues, developed methodologies that withstood audit scrutiny, negotiated private letter rulings, and represented clients in tax proceedings.
Brian was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and maintains a strong commitment to his community and personal values. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys playing sports and is actively involved in his church.
In addition to his professional work, Brian has authored law journal publications on tax-related topics and has hosted continuing education courses on both accounting and tax planning. He is also engaged in community outreach through ministry, offering free financial literacy and basic tax education courses at churches throughout Southwest Florida.
