Brianna Ayala is a Managing Attorney at Forza Law, where she focuses primarily on estate planning. She also advises clients in probate, business law, and family law matters, providing comprehensive legal support for individuals and families navigating both planning and transition.

Brianna takes a relationship-driven and practical approach to her practice. She is focused on helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence by making complex legal decisions understandable and actionable. Her work is centered on prevention and long-term planning, ensuring clients have peace of mind knowing their affairs are in order and their legacy will be protected and carried out as intended.

Born and raised in Florida, Brianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she received the President’s Award in recognition of her academic achievement and leadership. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where she served on Law Review and received CALI Awards for academic excellence.

Prior to joining Forza Law, Brianna operated her own law practice for five years, gaining hands-on experience serving clients across multiple practice areas and building a strong foundation in client-focused representation.

Outside of her legal practice, Brianna enjoys exploring her city, discovering new and emerging restaurants, and staying actively involved in her church community. Her personal and professional life is grounded in faith, service, and connection to others.
